The offence against post in combat is when a member of the armed forces in combat deserts their post, against orders. |

Primary Fact(s) |
| 1. That at a time and place a member of the armed forces in combat was standing at their post, on orders; |
| 2. That at some time after, the accused did desert their post, without orders; |
|
|
