6. Offences against the code of conduct

39.1 Offences against post  
  The offence against post is when a member of the armed forces not in combat deserts their post, against orders.  
 
 Primary Fact(s)
 1. That at a time and place a member of the armed forces was standing at their post, on orders;
 2. That at some time after, the accused did desert their post, without orders;
 
 
 Penalty Conditions (Level 2-Offence)
