| Article 152-Infrastructure Code | ||
| 152.1 | Infrastructure Code | |
| By this Charter an Infrastructure Code shall be formed. The Infrastructure Code shall provide a framework for the standards, design, lifecycle, planning and investment in infrastructure supporting other systems of the Society. | ||
| All existing and new laws providing for infrastructure shall be subject to inclusion in the Infrastructure Code. | ||
| 152.2 | Structure of the Infrastructure Code | |
| The Infrastructure Code shall be structured into chapters, which in turn are divided into articles and then one or more clauses within each article. | ||
| The major chapters of the Infrastructure Code shall be: | ||
| 1. Introductory provisions 2. Culture and social objectives 3. Types of infrastructure 4. Infrastructure objects |
