4. Membership
 
  Article 40- Membership of United America  
40.1 Free Membership  
  Free Membership with the United America Free Society shall be eligible for all men and women born on the Land of America, or naturalized as if being born on the Land of America, or having a parent or grandparent who was born on the Land of America.  
40.2 Members and Citizenship  
  Where the Charter and by-laws exist as the laws of a Local, State or National body applying to all men, women, persons and foreign agents, then the meaning of Citizen shall have the same meaning as Member.  
40.3 Record of Membership  
  All Members shall be given a unique number representing their unique Membership to the Society and no two living Members shall be permitted to have the same Member number.  
  Once a man, woman person has redeemed their Member, their Member number is granted for life, regardless of whether they may be expelled. The number of a deceased Member may only be re-allocated after twelve months (12) has passed, with the family of the Member having permission to "reserve" the number for five (5) years as a preferred number for a family member after which time if the number has not been re-allocated shall go back into the general population of Member numbers and be re-allocated.  
40.4 Becoming a Member of United America  
  Because Membership with United America Free Society is an honor, a man or woman must abide by the Laws of their respective Society or they shall be expelled.
