  Article 33- Professional Organizations  
33.1 Professional Organizations  
  A professional organization is a non-profit association formed for the protection of the benefits, entitlements and well being of its Members, as defined by their common professional standings.  
  A professional organization represents its members during wage disputes with industry groups and has the role of protecting the real wages of men and women working in various professions.  
  Only one professional organization may be registered as having jurisdiction over each job position.  
33.2 Registered professional organizations  
  All valid professional organizations shall be required to be registered. An unregistered professional organization or deregistered professional organization shall be considered an illegal association.
