| 33.1 | Professional Organizations | |
| A professional organization is a non-profit association formed for the protection of the benefits, entitlements and well being of its Members, as defined by their common professional standings. | ||
| A professional organization represents its members during wage disputes with industry groups and has the role of protecting the real wages of men and women working in various professions. | ||
| Only one professional organization may be registered as having jurisdiction over each job position. | ||
| 33.2 | Registered professional organizations | |
| All valid professional organizations shall be required to be registered. An unregistered professional organization or deregistered professional organization shall be considered an illegal association. | ||
