| This Charter recognizes the importance and legitimacy of The Globe Union (GU) representing the combined authority of the six regional unions including the Asia Union, Africans Union, Americas Union, Arabian Union, Euro Union and Oceanic Union as the single global body representing all men and women as free and sovereign. | ||
